Refunds of Products

The purpose of jewlsandjems.co.za is that every order satisfies you 100%. We offer you the opportunity to return any product with an easy and quick refund process.

Product returns charged to the business

Our customers have the right to return products they have purchased from the jewlsandjems.co.za online store when

(1) Products have been damaged during transportation due to poor packaging etc.

(2) Products were not ordered or were wrongly sent.

If our customers have received defective or incorrect products they must return the product to the courier representative when he delivers the replacement product. The product must be returned in the condition it was received.

The maximum period for returns may not exceed 15 calendar days from the day of delivery.

Returns are not accepted with belly rings, earrings, and nose pins for hygiene reasons.

Product returns charged to the customer

Customers reserve the right to return purchased products without obligation to give reason for the return, as long as returns are made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receiving the products. In this case the customers choose the shipping method and bear its cost.

We request that purchased items be returned in their original packaging and unused within 15 calendar days from the day of delivery. It is necessary that jewlsandjems.co.za be contacted in writing to supply bank or credit card details to expedite the refund process. Be informed that money corresponding to products purchased by the customer, minus the shipping costs for the returned products (if any arise) will be completed within 7 days upon receiving the returned products.
