Delivery Location

Our online store jewlsandjems.co.za delivers its products throughout South Africa. Orders are delivered daily except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Prices

The prices quoted on JewlsandJems.co.za are final, that means they include VAT. The prices do not include shipping costs.

Order Delivery Fees

Delivery Fees: R115 including VAT for purchases within South Africa. Any other deliveries will be quoted first.

Checkout / Order Confirmation

Upon checkout , the customer will receive an email from jewlsandjems.co.za confirming the order quantity, the cost and the order number.

Delivery Time

The order is dispatched within 5 working days. This applies for most parts of South Africa; however there are some cases that delivery takes longer depending on stock availability and deliver address. Delivery time will increase in peak seasons. This is an estimated guideline only, we can not control the time frame once the courier has collected your order.  

The delivery time for orders outside South Africa will be confirmed once the order is ready.

If a product ordered is not available, jewlsandjems.co.za will contact the customer via email or telephone to inform the customer. If the customer believes the time of delivery of the order does not satisfy them, the customer may cancel the order of the product. Please contact us directly at [email protected] to cancel or request a refund.

Delivery Method

The delivery of the products is made exclusively via courier, to the address you have indicated on your order. Alternatively you can arrange to collect orders from one of our retail stores.
